Founder I Vacation Rental Design & Home Staging Expert I Licensed Realtor
Kay is a proud Missouri native whose journey began in
St. Louis. In 2017, Kay's passion for design led her into home renovations, where she discovered just how powerful staging could be in helping buyers envision a house as a home. Over the course of the next few years, Kay acquired her Missouri Real Estate License, and completed the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) accredited certifications in home staging, color and short term rental design.
In 2021, Kay and her husband purchased a weekend home in Osage Beach at the Lake of the Ozarks. What started as a relaxing escape quickly turned into something much more. Kay fell in love with the welcoming community, the peaceful lake views, the surrounding forests and hills, local wildlife, and those unforgettable sunsets.
Inspired by the natural beauty and sense of belonging she found at the lake, Kay and her husband made it their permanent home. Shortly after, she turned her lifelong passion for design into a business - launching her vacation rental design and home staging company right in the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks. Today, Kay combines her eye for design with deep appreciation for the area to help clients transform their spaces into warm, inviting, and beautifully styled homes.
